Where and when will I receive my purchase?
You will receive a message in e-mail address stated in the form with necessary information and unique code, which will be necessary in order to use your purchase, directly after your payment is cleared.
I bought a service. How can I use it?
In your e-mail you will find a message with contact information and unique code. You have to present it to administrator of Joker Club in printed format or in your mobile phone.
How long the purchase is valid?
Service is valid for 3 months after the day of purchase.
What are the possible payment options?
You can perform payment with payment card via your internet banking system.
Why my purchase was declined?
Check the validity of your payment card and available funds on your account. Maybe funds are not sufficient or validity term of your card has expired.
If I did not use my purchase - can I receive money back?
Validity term of a service is three months; you have to use your purchase within this time. If more time has passed, money will not be returned.
