Yoga exercises are held by Ineta Kirse in Joker Club's yoga room. Before starting yoga lessons, please, read the following practical advices!

  • Do not eat at least two hours before yoga exercise;
  • Arrive on time for the yoga exercise;
  • Take a shower before yoga;
  • Choose loose and comfortable clothing;
  • If you own a mat or other inventory (belts, figures etc.) - do not hesitate to use them! If you do not already own them, you can use inventory available in the room;
  • Exercises (asanas) perform with naked feet;
  • Do not overdo the exercises, yoga is not a competition. Know your limits!;
  • Warm socks and jacket will be necessary for relaxation - do not forget to take them with you;
  • Attain pleasure and joy from yoga lessons.

Yoga classes are available for different levels.

Morning yoga (medium)

You will discover principles of breathing, gravitation and your back during these classes!

Healing yoga (sensitive)

Discover correct breathing and meditation! Healing yoga is suitable for introvert persons and persons who do not feel comfortable in their bodies.

Hatha yoga (medium)

Basic yoga lesson that will become a strong basis for regular health and mood maintenance!

Intense yoga (hard)

Complex asana variations - the impossible will become possible! Previous experience is recommended, therefore less instructions, but more practice!

Yoga for men's health (medium)

Practical yoga class for men who are interested to improve their health and sense of self-awareness as well as physically fit body and clear mind!
