Coaches of Joker Club will evaluate the state of your physical condition and prepare adequate training program in order to receive necessary results. Club's coaches have gained experience in various sports clubs in Europe and have succeeded in Professional sports.

During individual classes exercises are combined with classes in the gym.

Coaches by evaluating your physical condition will recommend the necessary load and choose training program in order to receive necessary results. Physical condition will be evaluated with following additional means: scales, blood pressure meter and fat amount meter „OMRON M6".

In order to achieve the necessary result, coaches of Joker Club offer:

  • Evaluation of body's functional state (with cardio testing);
  • Individual training sessions;
  • Purposeful training programs;
  • Regular testing;
  • Body shoots after each 12 weeks;
  • Body weighting.

Your results will be codified and analyzed, stored in data base of the gym. Following approach assures success and improvement!
