Both warm and cool stones are used for the massage; the stones originated in erupting volcanoes and have absorbed the energy of water, sun and wind. Massage favourably affects your central nervous system and releases from stress and pain. It also facilitates the fat-burning process and delays aging, as well as improves lymph drainage and skin tonus, cleanses pores and releases waste.
