Water aerobics develop resistance, train agility, alleviate joint pain, reduce stress, and burn calories. Because the intensity is low, the lessons are perfectly suitable for beginners too.

We offer mild water aerobics sessions also for expectant mothers.

The sessions take place on Mondays at 14.30 and Fridays at 11.15 (must sign up in advance).
The session lasts 45 minutes. Staying at the Water Relaxation Centre for 45 minutes after the session.
